Added GTK cursor change tutorials alongside one for listing available cursors to help users understand how to list cursor names to make changing cursors easier with both hyprctl and GTK

also needs the gsettings command and it's better to do this in the designated faq entry and jus linke= here

True. I'll find that command and add it to this PR ASAP but wouldn't the cursor configuration stuff being together make more sense?
