Upgrades the Drupal Helm chart to version 2.0.0-beta1, replacing Bitnami Redis with Valkey (official chart). Switches Redis authentication to ACL-based auth, migrates MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Solr images to the Bitnami Legacy registry, and adds a global workaround to disable SSL requirements for MySQL connections in Drush. Includes Helm CI matrix to test both MySQL and PostgreSQL installs. Addresses breaking changes from version 1.0.0-beta7
