These were deprecated in a5f4ba0 and only used internally. This removes the deprecated types and functions: - `RunConfigCreate` and `CreateOptions` - `RunConfigInspect` and `InspectOptions` - `RunConfigList` and `ListOptions` - `RunConfigRemove` and `RemoveOptions` Signed-off-by: Sebastiaan van Stijn <github@gone.nl>
