SG16 reviewed P2348R0 during its August 25th, 2021 telecon. The following polls were taken.
Poll 1: Acknowledging that we have limited time available, we support the direction for P2348R0 and encourage further work.
The author was advised to return with a revision containing wording based on P2314.

SG16 reviewed a draft of P2348R1 at its September 8th, 2021 telecon. The following polls were taken.
Poll 1: Prefer to use the term new-line rather than line-break in the whitespace grammar production.
The author was advised to update the paper to address some wording concerns and then return to SG16.

Poll 1: Forward D2348R2 to EWG as the recommended resolution of CWG2002 and CWG1655 and with a recommended ship vehicle of C++23.
Removing the SG16 label; this paper is ready for EWG.
