- Implement a mix between a cache and singleflight preventing parallel database access
- Update to sqlc v1.28
- Run domain table compiling on a timer
- Run route/redirect table compiling on a timer
- Fix router manager tests
- Refresh certs with a config option for timing
- Remove error page refreshing

We could place the entire build system within the makefile in future.

My idea is to eventually have a build system for debian packages which can be loaded onto the server via the standard packaging system.

At this rate you might as well just make it int16 (As you don't really get status codes above 999 anyway).
