Dyan Cannon (s. 4. tammikuuta 1937, syntymänimeltään Samille Diane Friesen) on yhdysvaltalainen näyttelijä. Hän on ollut kolmesti ehdolla Oscar-palkinnon saajaksi, voittanut Golden Globen (1979) ja saanut tähden Hollywood Walk of Famella.
Cannon syntyi Tacomassa, Washingtonissa juutalaiselle äidille, ja oli vuosina 1965–1968 naimisissa Cary Grantin kanssa.
Tunnetuimpia elokuvia, joissa Cannon on esiintynyt, ovat Suuri kaappaus (1971), Kuolema astuu laivaan (1973), Vaaleanpunaisen pantterin kosto (1978), Murhaleikki (1982) ja Vanhat herrat vesillä (1997).
