Hackathons provide a venue for self-expression and creativity through technology and help build communities around specific subject of focus. This collection is dedicated to publishing software products collaboratively developed in genomics, bioinformatics and data science hackathons. Teams from any such hackathon are welcome to submit their content to the collection, giving them the opportunity to get credit, recognition and feedback from the software that was created.
