Watch Live: MasterChef Junior (Fox, Nov. 6)

Why? With more episodes and a larger pool of contestants from all over the country, season 4 of Fox’s MasterChef Junior promises to cook up major fun this time around as pastry chef Christina Tosi joins Gordon Ramsay and Graham Elliot behind the judges’ table. “I advise people to tune in just to see Gordon dressed as a hippie,” executive producer Robin Ashbrook told EW for our Fall TV Preview mega-issue. Talented kids, delicious-looking plates, and Ramsay-inspired laughs. What more could you want?

DVR: The Amazing Race (CBS, Sept. 25)

Why? Amazing Race’s 27th race around the world kicks off at L.A.’s Venice Beach, and we’re in for another wild ride as contestants once again jet off for the adventure of a lifetime filled with challenges and triumphs as only one team can walk away with the $1 million prize.

Watch Live: Shark Tank (ABC, Sept. 25)

Why? We’re back in the water for another season of Shark Tank, as guest Sharks like Ashton Kutcher and Über investor Chris Sacca wade in for season 7. Bigger deals and big names – it’s the season to watch.

DVR: World’s Funniest (Fox, Nov. 6)

Why? Hosted by Terry Crews, the show celebrating the world’s most hilarious video clips returns with a new name. Crews told EW this time around is like one “big, giant party,” and with a little help from the likes of Natasha Leggero, Margaret Cho, and more, you’ll want to DVR this one to you can rewind and watch your favorite clips (maybe more than once).

Watch Live: The Knick (Cinemax, Oct. 16)

Why? Season 2 of The Knick finds Clive Owen once again pushing the limits of technology, — and addiction. Steven Soderbergh steps behind the camera to draw us back into the world of Owen’s Dr. John W. Thackery, as we pick up with him being treated with heroin for his cocaine abuse. Owen told EW, the latest season “opens up the world” as the characters explore what’s beyond the walls of The Knickerbocker – and we can’t wait to see what’s next.

DVR: Blue Bloods(CBS, Sept. 25)

Why? The procedural drama is back and tackling cases that might just sound familiar. With the Reagan family at the heart of it all, you’ll have to tune in to find out what storylines based on real-life cases the show will be taking on when Blue Bloods returns for season 6. But, of course, there’s another reason to tune in: Tom Selleck.

Watch Live: Ash vs Evil Dead(Starz, Oct. 31)

Why? Don’t call it a comeback: Bruce Campbell’s Ash returns to save the world as the evil dead threaten to destroy it in Starz’s upcoming series Ash vs Evil Dead. Is he capable? Maybe not. But all of humanity is now in his hands, and we’re in for one ridiculously bloody ride.

DVR: Doctor Who(BBC America, Sept. 19)

Why? Hot on the heels of the news that this will be Jenna Coleman’s final season, the long-running BBC series will be returning for its ninth season for another round of time-travel. What time period would star Peter Capadli most like to visit? “I’d like the Doctor to meet Jimi Hendrix. Or have some sort of rock episode. Maybe a monster arrives on Earth in the Reeperbahn with the Beatles, and the Doctor has to track it through different musical periods,” the actor told EW. Now, that’s something we’d like to see.
