Ouabaina (wabaina gisa ahoskatua; somalieraz: waabaayo, "gezi pozoia") edo g-estrofantina landareetatik ateratzen den sustantzia toxiko bat da. Afrikako ekialdean geziak pozoitzeko erabili da tradizionalki, bai ehizan zein gerran. Glukosido kardiotoxiko bat da, eta dosi txikietan hipotentsioa eta arritmiak tratatzeko erabil daiteke. Sodio-potasio ponpa inhibitzen du. Hala ere, intsektu belarjale espezie batzuek sodio-potasio ponparen alfa azpiunitatean aldaketak izan dituzte aminoazido mailan, toxina honi erresistentzia erakutsiz[1].
Acokanthera generoan eta Strophanthus gratus espeziearen sustrai, enbor, hosto eta hazietan aurki daiteke[2].
