Faye Dunaway (õieti Dorothy Faye Dunaway; sündinud 14. jaanuaril 1941 Bascomis Florida osariigis) on Oscariga pärjatud USA filminäitleja ja produtsent.

Elulugu

Faye Dunaway sündis sõjaväelase peres. Näitekunsti õppis ta Bostoni Ülikoolis ning lühikest aega osales Lincolni Keskuse näitetrupi töös, mida tollal juhtis Elia Kazan.

1967. aastal tegi ta filmidebüüdi Otto Premingeri teoses "Hurry Sundown", milles Dunaway pälvis Briti Filmiakadeemia auhinna. Samal aastal mängitud roll filmis "Bonnie ja Clyde" tõi talle Oscari-nominatsiooni.

Aastatel 1974–1979 oli ta abielus rokkmuusik Peter Wolfiga. Samal aasta sisse mahtus ka roll Sidney Lumet' filmis "Televõrk", mis tõi Oscari.

1980. aastatel mängis ta väga paljudes telefilmides ja lühiseriaalides.

1984–1987 oli ta abielus Briti fotograafi Terry O'Neilliga. Neil on poeg Liam O'Neill (sündinud 1980). 2003. aastal paljastas Terry O'Neill, et laps oli hoopiski adopteeritud – Dunaway oli seda fakti kaua eitanud.^[1]

1995. aastal ilmus tema elulooraamat "Otsides Gatsbyt: minu elu".
