Aims and Scope
Electrolytes & Blood Pressure (ISSN 1738-5997) is the official journal of the Korean Society for Electrolyte and Blood Pressure Research. It was launched in 2003 and has been an international, peer-reviewed journal published in English since 2005. Its ISO abbreviation is Electrolyte Blood Press. The journal mainly considers articles on electrolyte metabolism and blood pressure regulation as well as clinical practices for electrolyte disorders and hypertension. Major article types considered for publication include original research, eccentric case reports and reviews on current topics of interest. Accepted manuscripts are granted free online open-access immediately after publication, which permits its users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of its articles to facilitate access to a broad readership. Circulation number of print copies is 500. The journal is semiannually published and indexed in SCOPUS, PubMed Central (PMC), KoreaMed, KoMCI, EMBASE, and Chemical Abstracts (CAS).
