Do not use this template; it is deprecated. Use {{infl of|lt|LEMMA||...}} with appropriate inflection tags instead.{{lt-form-part}} was a relatively high-use template (~ 3,900 uses) until 2023. This is a deprecated template, which was completely replaced by {{infl of|lt|LEMMA||...}} with appropriate inflection tags.{{lt-form-part}} was kept to make old revision histories legible.
