Its really annoying when people delete an entry because they have never heard of it. Nosh is a colloquial term for fellatio in England whether you like it or not A simple google search on the term would have confirmed it.

The problem is that the fellatio nonsense is taking over the entry. In reality the slang derivation is very young but the food derivation is much older and more well-known.
