Etymology

The original etymology was, "A woman () under the hand () of her master; a handmaid." This is incorrect. 又 is not a hand or even anything similar; it is simply a word of the meaning, "also" or "in addition to". Thus, I have taken charge and removed this. Bribes 02:08, 17 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
