זָרַק (zaráq) (pa'al construction, passive participle זָרוּק, passive counterpart נִזְרַק)

  1. To throw, to toss: to cause an object to move rapidly through the air.
  2. To throw away, to toss out, to discard.
  3. To dash, to sprinkle.

      וְשָׁחַטְתָּ אֶת הָאָיִל וְלָקַחְתָּ אֶת דָּמוֹ וְזָרַקְתָּ עַל הַמִּזְבֵּחַ סָבִיב
