That's great that you've become a random mascot, thankyou. I apologise if it was upsetting to see your father hob-nobbing it. Here perhaps is a picture I found which may give you a sense of the greater freedom you could have as a WV mascot. OOPS! I think I should have responded to your greetings on your user talk page, instead of the user about page. sorry!

However, I did find the missing tutorial I was looking for, "QBasic for Kids", by Ted Felix. You should love that title! :-D Mr. Ted Felix was a programm developer, and he is also into home schooling. There is also a companion website, "Computer Science for Kids".

My goal in this is: First, relearn to use BASIC. Then, promte its wider use, after all, it's an acronym for Beginners All-purpose Symbolic Instruction Code. Third, find out more about applying "Crowd Accelerated Innovation", eswpecially if it can be applied as effectively to Computer Science as well as it seems to have worked for the art of "break dancing".

I have a suspicion that collaboration may have started already. Besides the QB64 dialect of BASIC, I am working on elementary, simple computer progrms to illustrate a solution for Rubik's Cube. I have been collecting interlocking 3-D puzzles since childhood. I have a collection of computer files on several dozen of my favorites, and am working on a set of programs to expand the set of files, hopefully to move everything into a "virtual reality".

Progress Toward Creating New Guided Tours

Have you twins made any progress toward creating new guided tours? I have created a number of new pages myself, and I have discovered a few users who share interests, such as QB64 BASIC computer programming, Speedcubing (See the link on the "Discuss" page, on a redirect from wikiversity "Rubik's Cube"; also several related articles in Wikipedia), and Metagrobology (making and collecting puzzles).
