Hi I'm Kristine, and I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Psychology and Business (Management). I'm interested by how psychology and business intersect, and my studies give me the chance to explore both fields.

Outside of my academic life, I love trying new foods—I'm always up for trying different cuisines and flavours. I also enjoy reading novels, immersing myself in various stories and perspectives. I love listening to music, offering me a way to relax and connect with my emotions.

My Book Chapter

The book chapter Goals and Emotions explores how emotions influence and guide goal-oriented behaviour. The chapter delves into the balance between these emotional factors, demonstrating how knowing and controlling emotions may help you achieve your goals and feel better in general.
