Filing this per this ANI discussion. The accounts in question were confirmed on frwiki by CUs as being the same account, but since it's not clear if that's sufficient for enwiki, I'm putting in an official case.
The overlapping interests are pretty telling--not just colonialism and indigenous peoples, but films about those issues, and sensationalized topics that are often parts of such films (e.g., cannibalism, scalping). The userpages are laid out in similar manners, and their edit summary styles are the same (usually a single word, and they both use the same words: "cite",[1][2] "expand",[3][4] "add",[5][6] etc.).
Here's a classic "oops, I meant to do this under my other account" moment, since the DTMGO account had never actually edited this article before.[7][8][9]
I haven't done much more digging, since I'm guessing that the frwiki CU work just needs some basic confirmation in order to either apply the frwiki decision to enwiki, or to justify an enwiki-specific checkuser. Grandpallama (talk) 15:31, 4 April 2024 (UTC)

- Endorse Editor has been problematic in editing the British Empire article, I rather suspect there will other socks involved. WCMemail 16:15, 4 April 2024 (UTC)
