Obvious block evasion. 96.70.192.225 started aditing after 2601:18C:CC00:61A0:BCDB:E121:D39:529C got blocked from editing. Both IP addresses come from Comcast Cable Communications, both are adding the same unsourced date changes to various articles (e.g. [1] vs. [2], [3] vs. [4]), both refuse to communicate or explain their edits. [edit]- The IPv4 address has been blocked for 36 hours for the repeated addition of unreferenced content. This SPI can be closed... ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 04:33, 21 January 2020 (UTC)

Another clear WP:DUCK case, obvious block evasion. Please see the previous report. After 2601:18C:CC00:61A0:0:0:0:0/64 got blocked for 6 months, the user continued editing as 96.70.192.225, then, after another block, as 170.76.209.4, and after the block by Tide rolls, as 50.225.57.99.
Once again, the edits are exactly the same (compare e.g. [5], [6], [7], [8], or [9], [10], [11], [12]), the behaviour is exactly the same (persistent disruptive editing, endless stream of warnings on their talk pages, ignores all warnings, keeps repeating the same unsourced edits over and over, refuses to explain them in edit summaries or on talk pages, does not communicate). Just like the previous two addresses, 50.225.57.99 comes from Comcast Cable Communications, too.
Since the user (i.e. the IP range) is blocked for 6 months, and blocks on Wikipedia apply to users, I would suggest that you:
- Block 96.70.192.225, 50.225.57.99, and 170.76.209.4 for at least 6 months (preferably more, if possible).
- Restart the block for 2601:18C:CC00:61A0:0:0:0:0/64.
- Protect at least 4Kids TV and List of Sonic X episodes, but possibly other pages that the user keeps editing, as the user is obviously determined to keep doing this (and changing IP addresses) forever. J. M. (talk) 15:31, 30 January 2020 (UTC)

Another WP:DUCK. I won't repeat it all here, see the archive. Exactly the same edits in the same articles, and another IP address from Comcast Cable Communications.
And despite my growing skepticism, I have to repeat my previous requests: please restart the block for 2601:18c:cc00:61a0::/64 and the other IP addresses, block the IP for 6 months or preferably more, and please protect the most frequently attacked pages, that is, at least List of Sonic X episodes, 4Kids TV, and Toonzai. The user has ben vandalising them for many months, has been receiving endless streams of warnings from many people for many months, and I hope you understand that when the admins constantly refuse to handle repeated requests and complaints from various editors about this IP hopper, it is beginning to get slightly sickening.—J.
