Delete; no basis for notability. If Richard L. Cassin had not been deleted as non-notable 9 years ago I would suggest a re-direct; but this seems to be just a backdoor for Cassin coverage. TJRC (talk) 01:19, 17 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
