Redirect to Hachette Livre. Can't find any sources independent of the publishing house's own press releases and announcements. Appears to be one arm of the larger Hachette Livre brand. There isn't much information to really merge in the first place, so a redirect would make sense, but wouldn't be opposed to a 'Merge' closure too. Redirect to Hachette (publisher)#Publishing; do not redirect to Lagardère Publishing. The Lagardère Publishing article does not mention Pika Édition at all, so it would be inappropriate to redirect there.
