Fails WP:TVTROPES WP:NLIST. This is just a bare definition of the phenomenon and a massively incompletable list of places where it has ever come up in media, not secondary discussion of the phenomenon. lizthegrey (talk) 21:12, 5 November 2023 (UTC)

- redirect to Memory erasure § In fiction as WP:ATD. While I would not be surprised if this concept is covered somewhere, the title "Mindwipe" seems not to be the common name according to RS. —siroχo 21:54, 5 November 2023 (UTC)
- Redirect for now. Not in https://sf-encyclopedia.com/search.php , and what we have is an unreferenced (OR) definition and than a MOS:TRIVIA failing list. Ping User:TompaDompa just in case they saw something in other sources. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 03:55, 6 November 2023 (UTC)
- Redirect to Memory erasure#In fiction - Does not appear to be a commonly used term in reliable sources, and none of the sections of the article outside of the example farm are actually sourced or referenced in any way. It looks like an article on this topic was already deleted once in the past due to a concern over the lack of reliable sources and the use of original research, and this current iteration has not improved in that regard. - Redirect to Memory erasure (is it not pretty much entirely a fictional concept? I feel like the article needs a rewrite to make that clear.) as a duplicate/overlap article. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ (ᴛ) 23:32, 6 November 2023 (UTC)
- Redirect as above. My involvement in the article was mainly to provide links to support the entries posted. AngusW🐶🐶F (bark • sniff) 23:48, 6 November 2023 (UTC)
- Delete and redirect to Memory erasure. There is nothing to WP:PRESERVE here. Shooterwalker (talk) 00:54, 10 November 2023 (UTC)
