Unreferenced, and I can find nothing sensible on this subject. It doesn't make a whole of sense either. Delete per WP:NOR and WP:NOTESSAY. Unreferenced, could probably be speedied A11. Reads like it was written by a high school student. Wikipedia isn't the place to discuss ideas for inventions.
