I'm finding only trivial coverage of this organization in independent sources - nothing that would meet WP:ORG. There are a couple of passing mentions, and there is a local interest piece in a North Carolina newspaper. The organization is described as changing its name to CDH International a few years ago (or becoming the support arm of CDH International), but a search for the new name doesn't return anything of significance.
