Delete Per nom. A non-notable cricket team playing in a non-notable tournament. I'm not seeing any GNG related coverage, only notice of the side joining the league. Could be WP:TOOSOON, but I'm not sure it will ever develop enough coverage for a GNG pass. Perhaps a redirect to Rangpur Riders would be an WP:ATD if a section is added to that page.
