The result was keep. I probably would have "voted" delete, but not my place, etc etc. Neil ╦ 09:52, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Little content, two sentences both of which are unsourced. Hoponpop69 05:54, 27 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Better article: "Art Punk is a non-notable neologism referring to a nebulous series of non-notable bands. Art Punk is also a phrase which was probably made up in the studio in order for a non-notable band to find a trendy niche genre to label themselves in. --Haemo 06:26, 27 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment There is isn't any band list. Did you even read the article? ZOUAVMAN LE ZOUAVE 12:17, 27 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak Keep This isn't exactly a neologism, but more like a musical genre. It has been discussed by the Pittsburg City Paper, giving it some notability.--Kylohk 07:55, 27 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment The article ought to be expanded to highlight some examples of art punk bands, for instance.--Kylohk 07:57, 27 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Isnt that article about a band and not really about the genre? Corpx
- Comment The article ought to be expanded to highlight some examples of art punk bands, for instance.--Kylohk 07:57, 27 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep After doing some research, I don't see how this qualifies as a neologism. 184,000 results on Google (not counting Wikipedia) is a good hint. I say that the article must be kept, but greatly improved. ZOUAVMAN LE ZOUAVE 12:15, 27 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

- Comment: The article used to be considerably longer, but the nominator deleted most of the material because it was unsourced. - EurekaLott 15:50, 27 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Strong Keep It is badly written, mostly incorrect in the origins and unsourced, but Art Punk is a known genre. This article needs serious work, not deletion. -- Jimmi Hugh 15:36, 28 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Strong delete Art punk is just a misleading team people are using Art rock and you can find proof of that here (http://www.answers.com/topic/art-rock-1)-- 65.207.126.47
- Merge to art rock.68.114.92.198 04:26, 29 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment It is heavily unrelated. Don't just make assumptions based upon the name. -- Jimmi Hugh 15:55, 29 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep. Genre and bands are well known in Wilmington, Delaware and thereabouts. 68.194.50.41 19:10, 29 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep. Google finds a number of music-related websites that identify "art punk" as a genre. Article needs work, not deletion. Kayaker 00:25, 2 August 2007 (UTC).[reply]
