Request reason:
I was recently browsing Wikipedia and discovered an article in which I wanted to make a constructive modification to the grammar. I decided that it would be a good idea to create an account so that anytime I found a grammar issue I could fix it with the same account. Upon trying to register with my usual username, worsnupd, I got a 'this username is already in use' error. I tried to log in to the account using my usual password, and it succeeded. I then discovered that a long time ago my account had been blocked for abusing multiple accounts. I also remember making the destructive change to the Kilobyte article. Administrators, I am very sorry for my behavior on Wikipedia in the past. It was very foolish of me to vandalize the knowledgebase as I did, and I do not remember why I did it. I also do not remember abusing multiple accounts, but I am very sorry for this action as well and understand the threat it poses to accountability and a stable online community. I henceforth promise to only make constructive changes to Wikipedia, and to make changes only while using my primary account. I request that you might unblock this account and fully understand if its activity is closely monitored for an indefinite period of time. Thank you for you time.
Decline reason:
You do not remember abusing multiple accounts but you apologize for it and promise to only use your primary account? Regrettably, this does not satisfactorily address the issue; in fact your request will require explanation as well. These kinds of difficulties arise when full disclosure is abandoned in favor of obsfucation. Please re-read WP:GAB. Tiderolls 18:47, 15 July 2012 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
It was such a long time ago (almost a year and a half ago) that I created this account and got it blocked. As I stated, I do remember my vandalism to the Kilobyte article. That was very stupid of me and I am very sorry for doing it. As cliche as it may sound, I have matured a lot over the past year and a half and would never dream of doing something foolish like that again. In terms of abusing multiple accounts, I honestly do not remember doing such a thing. The reason I apologized for it in my last request is because I must have done it in order to get banned. I did not apologize because I secretly remember doing it; I apologized because I realize it must have occurred or I would not have been blocked for it. In other words, even though I do not recall the action, I accept the fact that I did the action. As I said in my last request, I understand the reasons why abusing multiple accounts is not tolerated here. It inhibits accountability because users can make vandalistic changes using an alternate account while pretending to be a goody two shoes on their primary account. This deception threatens the stability of the online community as it can cause administrators to place false trust in deceptive users or even result in a sockpuppeteer getting promoted to a higher level of privilege such as that of an administrator. Please forgive me for my actions in the past. I promise to only make constructive edits and to only make edits from this account. Worsnupd (talk) 00:16, 16 July 2012 (UTC)
Accept reason:
OK, I'm willing to give you another chance. I am willing to believe that, after well over a year, you may have changed your attitude, and I hope that you can now join the Wikipedia community in a constructive role. Naturally, if you do behave in the same way as before, you can expect to be blocked again without further warning, but I have every hope that won't be necessary.
