Welcome to Wikipedia. One or more of the external links you added in this edit to Toyota Corolla E140 do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. You may wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. RainbowOfLight Talk 05:23, 24 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why don't you post the link on the article's talk page and see if other editors think it should be included? RainbowOfLight Talk 05:32, 24 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Calm down, I already contacted you here. RainbowOfLight Talk 05:50, 24 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yes after deleting all my things!?! You have also deleted my posting in your talkpage. Seems you are just having fun of upsetting other users. You are the first one I have an urgument with on Wikipedia. And as per all the deleted posts on your talkpage it seems that I am not the only one. --Shorty23sin (talk) 05:54, 24 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
As it states on my talk page, it is acceptable to Wikipedia policy to delete posts there, and no one has had a problem with it. They are never permanently deleted - they are always visible in the History tab. Furthermore, I removed your link from the article because it looks like a spam link. If you'd like to, as I suggested before, post your link to the article's talk page and see if people think it belongs in the article, that would be acceptable to policy. Please click in the warning above to learn more about acceptable links on Wikipedia. RainbowOfLight Talk 05:58, 24 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Have a look on the Toyota Wish site. They have similar links. Hope that you don't start deleting all the links there as well. --Shorty23sin (talk) 06:04, 24 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for pointing that out, the spammy unencyclopedic links have been removed... happy editing... - Adolphus79 (talk) 06:09, 24 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
OK the two of you just keep on deleting. Seems you have nothing better to do. I have a life already. --Shorty23sin (talk) 06:13, 24 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Shorty23sin, I've left a reply to your message on my talk page -- Marek.69 talk 14:04, 30 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Michael McCrea requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. AfD Nomination: Danze Fantasy Productions

[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, but all Wikipedia articles must meet our criteria for inclusion (see What Wikipedia is not and Deletion policy). Since it does not seem that Danze Fantasy Productions meets these criteria, an editor has started a discussion about whether this article should be kept or deleted.

Your opinion on whether this article meets the inclusion criteria is welcome. Please contribute to the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Danze Fantasy Productions. Don't forget to add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of each of your comments to sign them.

Discussions such as these usually last seven days. In the meantime, you are free to edit the content of the article. Please do not remove the "articles for deletion" template (the box at the top). When the discussion has concluded, a neutral third party will consider all comments and decide whether or not to delete the article. Cunard (talk) 21:55, 1 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello Shorty23sin! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 2 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

  1. Kristen Kerr - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Hi. You have deleted the accident part in the Jurong Port article and cited that there are no references for this. Please see same article under 'External Links'. This link is the reference, as the accident is mentioned there. Thanks and brgds --Shorty23sin (talk) 09:02, 21 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Since you have cited it, it would seem to be fine (although I can't check the reference as it's behind a paywall). Stifle (talk) 09:26, 21 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Orchard Towers

[edit]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Orchard Towers. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Orchard Towers. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:07, 20 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The editor which removed the prod tag on Starlight Advertising Pte Ltd, JamaUtil, was indeed 'allowed' to do this. See WP:PROD where it says that anyone can remove prod tags without having to give any reason. It also says that once a prod tag is removed, it cannot be added back. The next step is WP:AFD. Just letting you know. Happy editing. Christopher Connor (talk) 04:39, 20 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

OK thanks for the info. Actually I don't really care weather this company article is on Wikipedia or not. I just think that it is written like an advertisement. All information has been added by one user only who most probably is the owner or eomplyee of this company. I will just let this issue rest now. --Shorty23sin (talk) 06:45, 20 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I see you recently created this as a translation from the German article. Whenever you translate from one language Wikipedia to another you should properly attribute your source. This can be done by mentioning so in the edit summary when you create the article, or by filling out the {{Translated page}} template on the article's talkpage. I just did both on this article. If you have any other questions about translating feel free to look over the Wikipedia:Translation page or ask me directly on my talkpage. ThemFromSpace 06:03, 4 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your message. Will do so in future. --Shorty23sin (talk) 06:07, 4 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Loyang Offshore Supply Base, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. ⒺⓋⒾⓁⒼⓄⒽⒶⓃ② talk 06:25, 15 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Opportunity to comment on Batavia

[edit]

There is a discussion starting up at Talk:Batavia (disambiguation), that may be of interest to you. The subject is technically a page move discussion, but the purpose of the discussion is to decide where Batavia should redirect. Until earlier today, Batavia redirected to History of Jakarta, but during this discussion, it is redirecting to Batavia (disambiguation). Your comments and suggestions are welcome.

Thanks for your help. HuskyHuskie (talk) 22:42, 14 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You are receiving this because you are one of the principal editors of one of the articles that is linked to Batavia (disambiguation). This notice is being posted to all of the top three editors of each of these articles (in terms of total edits), with the following exceptions:

  • editors who are blocked
  • anonymous IP editors
  • editors who, despite ranking in the top three of edits to an article, have only a single edit to said article

This is an attempt to be a neutrally-phrased posting in keeping with the principles of WP:CANVASS. If you find anything in the wording or the manner posted to be a violation of that guideline, please notify me at my talk page.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Thamrin City, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page ATM (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

The article Kuningan City has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

no evidence of notability for this small center

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. • Hi DGG. Clearly you are not familiar with this development and as such think it is not important. Exactly users like you (not meant personnel at you) are the reson why I'm contributing less to Wikipedia nowadays... --Shorty23sin (talk) 05:58, 16 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
All you need to do is to remove the prod tag (anyone, even the author can remove a prod, unlike a speedy) , preferably adding enough information that nobody will want to send it to AfD. I see you have already done some, so I'll remove it myself. I have to admit, I am a little reluctant about including shopping malls, but I also do not like to delete good articles, or ones under development. I see from the article on Marina Bay Financial Centre you know what to include, though I'd suggest you consider removing the complete list of tenants--they change frequently, and the project's web site is the place for them. ) DGG ( talk ) 16:21, 16 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the feedback DGG. Appreciated. --Shorty23sin (talk) 03:12, 17 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
