Hi DuncanHill thanks for the message, my edit was reverted, I got the little 'your edit was reverted' message in my notifications. I know this doesn't happen when a comment is blanked, but if you know another way this works I'm unaware of please let me know :). Thanks again, John Cummings (talk) 11:57, 8 October 2024 (UTC)

Usually it happens when someone gets an edit-conflict and follows the instructions, instead of abandoning the edit and starting again. It can also happen without an edit-conflict notice. It's been a problem on ANI for years. It looks like you did it to another editor's comment too. DuncanHill (talk) 12:00, 8 October 2024 (UTC)
