- Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
- It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
- If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
- Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
- When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
- If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
- Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

[edit]Hello, I'm Patient Zero. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person, Chaya Singh, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Patient Zerotalk 02:10, 21 January 2024 (UTC)
Please do not add or change content, as you did at Amudhavum Annalakshmiyum, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Ravensfire (talk) 20:48, 21 January 2024 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for January 25
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Nikki Tamboli, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Telugu. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 13:38, 25 January 2024 (UTC)

February 2024
[edit]Hello Jishnu Raghav. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Draft:Jishnu Raghavan, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Jishnu Raghav. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Jishnu Raghav|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. scope_creepTalk 10:12, 24 February 2024 (UTC)
- OK I will do that with by adding {{paid|user=Jishnu Raghav|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}} in my User Page. Hereafter I can edit right. Jishnu Raghav (talk) 02:06, 25 February 2024 (UTC)
- @Jishnu Raghav:Are you a paid editor? I wouldn't put if your not a paid editor. You seem to be acting like a paid editor and undeclared paid editor to be exact, but if your not don't put it up. scope_creepTalk 08:17, 25 February 2024 (UTC)
- Oh, sorry I had mistaken Thank you Jishnu Raghav (talk) 15:36, 25 February 2024 (UTC)
- @Scope creep:, FYI. Attempted to create this yet again after they said they would disclose (and BEFORE actually disclosing). I don't think user gets it at this point. I wouldn't support allowing a SOCK and UPE editor to continue despite them "now" being willing to disclose. --CNMall41 (talk) 05:20, 26 February 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Thanks for your contributions to Jishnu (actor). Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because you may have a possible Conflict of Interest and See - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Helloo_68 - If proven wrong, I will move this to the mainspace myself. . I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. CNMall41 (talk) 05:03, 26 February 2024 (UTC)
