List of deaths due to COVID-19

[edit]

hi I saw that you had added some names to the Covid death wikipedia page, however you just put 'Moldovan politician' and 'Russian politician', I was wondering if you could put the offices they held e.g Member of the Moldovan Parliament (2014-2019) and Head of the Republic of Khakassia (2009-2018), which is what everyone else does and continue to do that going forward please, thank you. 86.2.222.181 (talk) 18:05, 23 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

List of deaths due to COVID-19

Please may you remove:

  • 'Politician' from Imam Suroso, died 27 March 2020, so it starts Member... and also include after title (Since 2009).
  • 'Lawyer and Judge' from George H. Carley, died November 26, 2020, and change Member to Justice.

Please can you add:

Hi. Thanks for commenting at the recent AfD for the above list. There is now an ongoing discussion around the best way to split the list, if any, if you wish to comment further. Lugnuts Fire Walk with Me 17:39, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of deaths due to COVID-19, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Nysa. David Prowse

[edit]

There are a couple of editors who are trying to deny that David Prowse died of Covid, by removing all sources that state the contrary and replacing them with others that use the euphemism "short illness", rolling back any edit that tries to restore the old version and intimidating others into not editing the page. Could you join the discussion on the talk page there? --Tognella99 (talk) 00:24, 1 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

List of covid deaths

[edit]

Someone removed David Prowse's name from the list, as part of an ongoing effort by a couple of users to hide his cause of death (they previously deleted all sources mentioning it was covid). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:B07:646C:244E:B957:2908:3C4:F120 (talk) 20:07, 5 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please can you
  • There are a lot of people with Chamber of Deputies as their political post. Please can you swap them to Chamber of Deputies of Brazil or Mexico or France etc as at the moment there is no difference in the list. Same with those who have National Assembly so National Assembly of France, Cameroon etc; and Senate so Member of the Senate of Poland etc.

Mahmud Us Samad Chowdhury (List of Covid deaths)

[edit]

Hello! I added Mahmud Us Samad Chowdhury (d. 11 March 2021) to the list of Covid deaths. Afterwards you have corrected the listing style, thanks for the edit. But you have changed the time-span for his being Member of Parliament (Jatiya Sangsad). He was an MP since 2008, not 2014. Can you please correct the information again? — Please ping to Meghmollar2017(UTC), unless you're responding in the User's TalkPage. — 05:34, 12 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Changing varieties of English

[edit]

It's unclear from the early history as how to apply WP:RETAIN in this instance: ("When no English variety has been established and discussion does not resolve the issue, use the variety found in the first post-stub revision that introduced an identifiable variety."); as the article was firstly established by a UK editor and then modified by an American, I just wanted to query your understanding that normally changing spelling just to incorporate the American 'zee' is not advised. Thank you.--Rocknrollmancer (talk) 16:54, 9 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

List of deaths due to COVID-19 (Remove "hs" and "age" templates to reduce bytes for request)

[edit]

Hi Jazzhanda90, User:Uanfala has restored the "hs" and "age" templates. For my request could you remove "hs" templates for last names and remove age templates to make that a two-digit number of ages. I know you already put new people of deceased people of COVID-19. Will you go to the "List of deaths due to COVID-19" look for the {{hs| to be removed and look for the {{age| to be removed to make a two-digit number for age of deaths. I hope the "List of deaths due to COVID-19" to be finish and reduced bytes. Thanks for the message and I will be happy for your reply. Thanks and have a great day. 2001:569:74E6:F600:ECF9:5413:7867:E588 (talk) 23:24, 24 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
