Please delete the article Elizabeth Willoughby, 3th Baroness Wiiloughby de Broke. It was a mistake.

[edit]Many thanx for finding the error in the article. I saw your questions in the footy project page, so I know exactly what you meant in the edit summary. No, the number (3rd Division) is right. I wrote 3 th because I was writting quickly, and English is not my native language. I usually do them right, but that was an exception :) . Many thanx for having seen it, and I will also take this oportunity just to say "Hi"! FkpCascais (talk) 04:53, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
- Hi, FkpCascais, thanx for checking. If you are crazy for work, you may look at my contributions to find articles you are interested to check it ;) I found a few wrong numbers like. Some cases I can't guess if it may be correctly 3rd. In this cases I insert a {{clarify}}. English is not my language, too. There are many non nativ english language users writing. --Diwas (talk) 05:16, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
Hi Diwas, I read your note on the talk page, but don't understand what you mean by 1th... is it a certain song with the wrong peak position (Swedish charts)? You can leave me a note on my talk page, if you like. I work on ABBA discography too. Best, --Discographer (talk) 01:58, 24 January 2010 (UTC)
- Oh, okay... I understand what you mean now! I assume whoever typed in the Swedish music charts information typed the book edition number incorectly. They prabably meant to type 1st edition, I assume. Best, --Discographer (talk) 02:16, 24 January 2010 (UTC)
- Hi, Diwas... just so you know, I "took care of it". Best, --Discographer (talk) 02:48, 24 January 2010 (UTC)
- Thanx --Diwas (talk) 03:13, 24 January 2010 (UTC)
Your AWB edit
[edit]Regarding this edit: "31TH" is a transmission designation, not an ordinal number. I don't know how AWB works but please make note of this so other occurrences of this won't get mistakenly changed. Thanks. --Sable232 (talk) 02:26, 24 January 2010 (UTC)
- I'm so sorry, I don't know how did I have done it. Some other of this designations I have skipped, but this ... Thanx for revert --Diwas (talk) 02:38, 24 January 2010 (UTC)
Your Juggling World Records edit
[edit]Regarding this edit: The erroneous "62th" is in the title at the top of this web page outside of Wikipedia. Is it Wikipedia policy to correct errors in text from external sources or keep the error in the citation, so that it matches the title of the page that is being cited? If you haven't looked at that page, please do so and let me know what you think. Thanar (talk) 06:33, 29 January 2010 (UTC)
- I have thought, we do not need to multiply those misspellings. There will be many copies of Wikipedia texts. If the page will be moved it will be more difficult to find it by corrected title, but possibly the page title will be corrected and our citation will be wrong. But I don't know if there are a policy and you may revert it if you are thinking that's better. Another case, of course, are a the citation of written historic texts. A citation of written historic texts with misspellings, we will copy exactly with errors. I hope you will understand my very bad english. --Diwas (talk) 23:23, 29 January 2010 (UTC)
- After researching the Wikipedia policies on this, I believe that the sic template should be used instead of correcting the error in the quoted title. You may also want to read this for further understanding. Thanar (talk) 06:33, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
- I used the template now. --Diwas (talk) 13:24, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

Your AWB edits
[edit]I am having a hard time making sense of the edit summary you are using for your most recent automated edits. Just wanted to let you know in case thats not what you meant. jorgenev 22:42, 20 May 2011 (UTC)
- Sorry i did not wanted to write a long comment. There are some numbers (ordinals) with the wrong ordinal suffix th like 21th. I guess it should be 21st. But I do not know if it should be 11th or 25th or .. And I do not investigate if it is absolutely sure a ordinal number and not an abbreviation. --Diwas (talk) 22:52, 20 May 2011 (UTC)
- Ah, I understand now. Carry on, sorry for bothering you. Just note that 'I guess, this was a bad ordinal suffix th using AWB' isn't crystal clear. jorgenev 22:58, 20 May 2011 (UTC)
Colombia, copyedit, competitions?
[edit]In this edit, what does "This is a competitions related article" mean? tedder (talk) 16:10, 31 August 2011 (UTC)
- Sorry my information was not very specific. There are some ranks in the infobox, I see population_density_rank=172th 172th is senseless. I don't know, if 172nd is correct or another rank, or if we need this rank. --Diwas (talk) 16:22, 31 August 2011 (UTC)
Grebbeberg
[edit]What is the problem on Grebbeberg that you put such an ungly tag on it? Night of the Big Wind talk 17:51, 31 August 2011 (UTC)
- Please read the link in the tag: Ordinals. There are only two ordinals just below the tag. 8th is correct but 22th is a senseless string of characters. Thanx for your work. Unfortunately I haven't time to investigate hundreds of wrong military unit names in wikipedia. --Diwas (talk) 18:17, 31 August 2011 (UTC)
- Why don't you fix it when you know something is wrong? Night of the Big Wind talk 18:21, 31 August 2011 (UTC)
- I'd tried to explain it, I know something is wrong, but I havn't time to investigate what are the correct names of all the military units like 22th regiment, 91th squadron, 52th division and the correct ranks of states and companies und the ranks and places of sportspeople. I don't know if the author means 22nd or 24th or 20th or 220th or 12th.--Diwas (talk) 18:40, 31 August 2011 (UTC)
- It is a ridiculous exercise. If you know how to spell it, you can also fix it. This is just laziness. Night of the Big Wind talk 18:42, 31 August 2011 (UTC)
- Next time, give me the list of articles that have to get fixed. This is completely senseless and annoying! Night of the Big Wind talk 18:44, 31 August 2011 (UTC)
