Please be noticed that Template:2022 FIFA World Cup qualification – AFC Third Round group tables had been created a few days before your 'Group A' and 'Group B' templates. Therefore I proposed deleting them and using the 'group tables' instead. Glad to hear your opinion. Thanks Centaur271188 (talk) 05:04, 16 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, 2022 AFC Women's Asian Cup – Repechage, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Information icon Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! Walter Görlitz (talk) 07:08, 1 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

New articles

[edit]

Hello Dannyphx, I would like to ask your support again please in creating the article of Eva González Tate because she just got their first cap with her national football team, so she pases Wikipedia's notability rules at WP:FOOTY. Furthermore, the managers of the Liga MX Femenil: Ángel Villacampa and Karina Báez also deserves their own article.

I would really appreciate your help.

Thanks in advance and my best regards! 2806:105E:C:AA87:8CC8:5D3:E30E:E446 (talk) 20:42, 12 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Dannyphx, thank you very much for your contributions. May I ask you again your help in the creation of Pedro López who was recently named as the Mexico (women) coach and also won the U-20 FIFA women World Cup. Furthermore Luis Manuel Díaz and Fernando Samayoa also need their articles because they are former footballers and also coached in the Liga MX Femenil, so all of them pass Wikipedia's notability rules at WP:FOOTY

I would really appreciate again your help.

Liga MX Femenil players

[edit]

Hi Dannyphx, thank you again for your contributions. Now I bring to your attention a group of players from the Liga MX Femenil that need an article because they pass Wikipedia's notability rules at WP:FOOTY. Julitha Singano and Magalí Cuadrado already played in their national football teams. Marta Perarnau, Bea Parra and Brenda Woch have caps in the Primera División (women). Chandra Eigenberger played in the Chicago Red Stars. Stephanie Ribeiro played in the Danish Women's League. Angelina Hix and Adyson Willett played in the Serbian Women's Super League. And the coaches Ana Cristina González and Christopher Cuéllar also reserve their own article.

I would really appreciate your contribution to the women's soccer community.

Thanks in advance and my best regards! 2806:105E:C:350E:4419:2C72:83A6:5106 (talk) 20:36, 21 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:06, 11 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I noticed you added a few new headings to some articles such as MetroCARD for an external links section, but they were empty. Just wondering if there really is a need for them? Fork99 (talk) 04:11, 27 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:58, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Category:2023 Central American and Caribbean Games event navigational boxes indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Liz Read! Talk! 03:53, 4 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Information icon Hello, Dannyphx. I noticed that your recent edit to 2026 Central American and Caribbean Games added a link to an image on an external website or on your computer, or to a file name that does not exist on Wikipedia's server. For technical and policy reasons it is not possible to use images from external sources on Wikipedia. Most images you find on the internet are copyrighted and cannot be used on Wikipedia, or their use is subject to certain restrictions. If the image meets Wikipedia's image use policy, consider uploading it to Wikipedia yourself or request that someone else upload it. See the image tutorial to learn about wiki syntax used for images. Thank you. - Sumanuil. (talk to me) 03:03, 9 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable non-free use File:2026 Central American and Caribbean Games logo.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:2026 Central American and Caribbean Games logo.png. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of non-free use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of non-free use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{Di-replaceable non-free use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable non-free use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification, per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:00, 13 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
