Welcome
[edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Just to let you know, you should not link years or common words in sentences – see WP:DATELINK or MOS:OVERLINK. Cheers, Number 57 19:06, 6 June 2022 (UTC)
- Hey, thank you! Avielzargary12 (talk) 07:27, 14 June 2022 (UTC)
- Hello, but I have the same comment. This link to seven was useless, and this link to CTO was a to a page holding all the meanings.חוקרת (English: Researcher) (talk) 13:36, 22 June 2022 (UTC)
I see you are still doing this. Please consider this a final warning – if you do not stop, you will be blocked from editing. Thanks. Number 57 16:37, 22 June 2022 (UTC)
- Hello,
- I can understand the overlink in words like "seven" or a casual number like years or days but I don't understand why linking to countries or educational degrees like B.A / PHD are not good?
- I really like Wikipedia project and my only intention is to do good, I honestly will way more appreciate your guidance over blocking threats. Avielzargary12 (talk) 12:05, 26 June 2022 (UTC)
- It is quite simple – do not link common words or terms that the vast majority of people understand. In this set of edits the only valid link you have added is to PEN International, which is an organisation; the others are all unnecessary. Number 57 11:43, 3 July 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Please read MOS:OVERLINK;- there really is no need to link common words and the names of countries as you having been doing this morning, for example at Valerie Adler. That is really not constructive editing. Best regards, 14GTR (talk) 10:29, 30 June 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you!
- I walked through the MOS:OVERLINK page and realize what are no-need links words. Avielzargary12 (talk) 08:09, 3 July 2022 (UTC)
