(15 Jan 2011) During 2010 the eurozone debt crisis was widely seen (in the UK media) as vindication 
of the decision to not join the eurozone.[citation needed] (gone by March 2011 !)
Despite not being in eurozone UK contributed £7 Bn to Irish bailout.
