[edit]Since 2014, the Center for Mathematical Modeling of the University of Chile hosts Leftraru[1], a supercomputer with an Rpeak of 453.7 TFlop/s[2].

[edit]As of November 2014, Latin America has 4 systems on the Top500 list[3], all from Brazil.
