Arbitration Resolution Services, Inc. (ARS) is a for profit organization in the field of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) via arbitration. Providing online ADR through cloud based services.

Arbitration is where a party is selected --who is unbiased and has no ties to any parties within a dispute-- to act as an arbitrator (like a private judge) to resolve the dispute. ADR is a private process which allows parties (whether they are businesses, individuals, municipalities or self insured companies) to resolve their legal differences. These proceedings are not made public unless a party chooses to do so.

ARS is unique in that its entire process can be completed online through the company website. Additionally, no parties are ever required to make any appearances in person.[1] Any hearings or mediationss are conducted either telephonically or via video conference. ARS is headquartered in Coral Springs, Florida.

History

Arbitration Resolution Services, Inc. (ARS) was incorporated in Florida in March 2012 to provide online arbitration services nationally, within the United States of America.

ARS has developed software technology that makes online arbitration accessible across the United States. ARS has four national arbitration programs: the Vehicle/Property Damage program, the Business-to-Individuals program, the Business-to-Business program, and an Individual-to-Individual program.
