Vincenzo Bianca is a creative project designer, game author and founder of N-Zone; a company specializing in gamification. He is the author of more than 70 games[1].
Biography

[edit]Vincenzo Bianca is graduated from the Institut Saint-Michel Verviers and the University of Liège, he is a master's degree in Education Sciences and he focuses on immersive learning and adult learning services[2]. His aim is now to invest in multi-sensory learning strategies while developing learning and leisure gamification[2][3].
Professional career
[edit]Vincenzo Bianca began his career as a researcher and intervening at the University of Liège, before moving on to training and consultancy in the field of soft skills, particularly in the optimization of human and behavioural skills, aimed at improving social life in organisations[4][5].
In 2012, he launched its complementary activity specialising in project management[6].
In 2014, Vincenzo Bianca founded the company N-ZONE specialized in gamification, aiming to bring between games and learning by putting into practice his playful experiences in video games and in social games[7].
He is the author of several games, some of which were made for large groups like RTL or Dubai. Les Sortilèges de Goon is his first game for the public edition[8].
Vincenzo Bianca is in charge of Game Design and gamification of teaching materials within N-Zone and regularly acts as a leader in creativity and gamification[9].
His first client was the tourist office of Dinant, where he organized a track game around the city for the office[10].
On the public market, the company N-Zone collaborated with Créative Wallonia, the Tourist Office of Dinant, Intradel and ID Campus. The company is also present in France with projects conducted for the National Forestry Office[11].
In the private market, N-Zone worked for RTL and Coo Aventure[12].
His career as a game designer

Les Sortilèges de Goon is his first game created in 2018 published by Lubee, a publishing house and subsidiary of the company N-Zone[13]. Followed by Guardians of Legends created in 2019 which represents the world’s first board game, including cards and tokens[14].
The company N-Zone created by Vincenzo Bianca, is for the purpose of fun experience design and other gamification projects. Among them, video games, treasure hunt, augmented reality and board games[15].
