Usage

{{Signing}} is used to unobtrusively add a forgotten user signature in a talk page comment.

{{subst:Signing|user name or IP time, day month year}}

The times passed into this template should always be in UTC. The time stamps in the edit history list for any talk page appear in UTC, unless you defined a local time in your preferences. In that case, adjust the manually, using the difference you designated between the server UTC time and local time. Do not use other time zones.
