1838 Georgetown slave sale

... that in 2017 Georgetown University named a building after Isaac Hawkins because his name appeared first on the list of enslaved people sold by them in 1838?

These two articles are new enough and long enough. The hook facts are cited inline, the articles are neutral and I detected no copyright issues. One QPQ has been done. If the merger goes ahead we will not need another QPQ, but if the articles remain separate, we will.
