[edit]The Video:
"A controversial video was produced for "Wish" under the direction of Peter Christopherson and released in 1993." What's controversial about it? - Heroicraptor 19:41, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
Ehh...you need the links for the album Broken linked to "Broken (album)", otherwise, it'll lead to a disambuglation page128.205.153.152 18:32, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
This page is written like an advertisement.
[edit]A cry of rage and rebellion, "Wish" is Reznor's frustration made into sound. Written solely by Reznor and informed by his struggles against an oppressive record contract, the song holds no punches in its treatment of betrayal: "I put my faith in God and my trust in you / Now there's nothing more fucked up I could do". Its anthemic chorus,
Wish there was something real, wish there was something true Wish there was something real in this world full of you
and aggressively-distorted production made the track a hit on radio and TV.
"Wish" has been remixed twice on Broken's companion disc, Fixed, as "Wish (Remix)" and "Fist Fuck." Both remixes were performed by J. G. Thirlwell.
I'd say an article written like that would qualify for an ad/resume/etc template, but I'm not sure what the exact qualifications are. --M.W. 23:55, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Nin Wish.jpg
[edit]Image:Nin Wish.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
