I have created the Ted Jeffrey Otsuki talk page after expanding it's article, and have now added it to the List of fugitives from justice who are no longer sought article, as I truly feel that it has earned it's rightful place on that list. Information must be added

As I remember, I've seen a documentary on national geographic Channel of certain crime scene and criminal. Few days before this incidence, otzuki purchased two fire arms. A 9mm probably a Sig or similar and .38 special revolver of Taurus. He purchased Winchester silvertip ammunition with it and later asked his friend to dump them, but his friend had greed for Sig and kept one of the firearm and that made him busted later.
