The inventor of Solarwall solar heating technology is the author of the material in this posting. LEED and U.S. Green Building Council are referenced in Wikipedia and these are also trademarks. The Solarwall trademark is owned by Conserval Engineering Inc of Toronto. Solarwall systems have become known as the leading technology for building integrated solar air heating around the world. It is important that this technology be referenced accordingly. Solarwall and its inventor John Hollick have been included in the top 80 inventions of the past 200 years in a display and book published 2015 by American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), pages 40-41, titled "Engineering the Everyday and the Extraordinary: Milestones in Innovation"

Unfortunately references to Solarwall in other sections for solar heating have been deleted on numerous occasions and sometimes replaced by misinformation; thus it became necessary to have a dedicated reference to the award winning technology and its origins. re message to delete Solarwall

[edit]

This issue has been discussed in 2016 and explained in detail. We do not understand why Wikipedia is again trying to delete the site when other companies are able to have their names and companies listed (Ceicsi (talk) 17:47, 15 November 2018 (UTC))[reply]

Quite simply, Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a place for advertisement. I'm not sure which companies you are discussing, but if they have an article, it is likely because they are notable enough. Newpaper articles, magazine articles, mentions in books, etc. that show your company is at least real (I know it is, just making a point). If you could provide any links to any of this, please do. If you need any help with the editing, please feel free to ask. - Adolphus79 (talk) 20:10, 15 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Nevermind, I got bored... feel free to add more encyclopedic content (more awards, additional pertinent facts, updated numbers, etc.), just remember to include sources for your information and try to keep away from the spammy stuff... I'll keep an eye on it, and try to help with the formatting... I think you may have a chance at AfD now... - Adolphus79 (talk) 02:03, 18 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
