Executive committee

[edit]

I propose that the section titled "Executive Committee" be removed. Until I made the most recent edit, it was not clear that it was the SWIP-UK executive committee, not the world-wide SWIP executive committee (which doesn't exist!). Also, having a list of current members of any Executive Committee will be hard to maintain over time. Instead there should be a link to the page where the members of the executive committee are listed; and this should be with the description of SWIP-UK and not in its own separate section. • Hi Sally - I agree with you, and have gone ahead and deleted the section. It's a real pain to continually update lists of board members, executive committees, etc, especially in underserved areas of Wikipedia. I'll throw in an external link to SWIP-UK's website, where people should be able to find the current executive committee. Best, Kevin Gorman (talk) 23:12, 15 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
