Salah Rais → Salih Reis – Pronunciation in Arabic.--زياد0 (talk) 02:38, 4 August 2018 (UTC)--Relisting. Dekimasuよ! 04:43, 11 August 2018 (UTC)
- Oppose. The Arabic pronunciation of the name of an Ottoman privateer and admiral is beyond irrelevant. This nomination needs research and I'm not going to do it. — AjaxSmack 22:09, 19 August 2018 (UTC)

- @AjaxSmack: This name is an arabic name, and you can see the difference between "salih/صالح" and "salah/صلاح" in Wiktionary here "salah", "salih", You can also check the spelling of the name in Turkish Wikipedia! Finally, if you do not have enough information about an article, do not participate.--زياد0 (talk) 14:02, 10 November 2018 (UTC)

[edit]With regard to this revert:
The two sources that are being used by 78.179.186.131 as an excuse to remove the reliable sources (by historians) are either non-existent or unreliable. Phillip C. Naylor (who is also historian) describes him as Egyptian,[1] therefore, there is no valid reason to change his birth place. M.Bitton (talk) 14:29, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
