neuroendocrine system
[edit]Neuroendocrine system redirects to this article. I wonder if that is such a good idea. The article Neuroendocrinology should be about the study, with important researchers, journals etc, whereas the article neuroendocrine system should be about the interaction between the nervous system and the endocrine system. - Neuroendocrino + logia (logos = knowledge, science in modern term)! Neuroendocrine system is not = neuroendocrinology!!! Science is not the system of any organs!

Wiki Student Program
[edit]Hello,
I am working with my class to edit pages on wikipedia and one of my assignments was to evaluate this article and come up with a related questino. I was wondering if the endocrine and neuro systems are so closely related, is it possible that when treating neurological symptoms we are actually creating endocrine problems and vice versa? Updating Plans
[edit]1. Make sections for both neuroendocine system--focused on the relationship between the nervous and endocrine systems-- and neuroendocrinology-- focused on the science, founders, important journals, etc. 2. Go through references and add in-text citations where possible. 3. Expand reference section 4. Add figures diagramming important processes
Please let me know if there are more things I should do, or what I should do instead of one of these steps. Cs4652 (talk) 17:11, 20 October 2021 (UTC)
I gave the article a major face-lift. I added a few headings, rearranged some sections, and added a section on experimental techniques. I added citations wherever I could find information that supported whatever was already in the article, but there were some things there that I didn't know where they came from so I didn't touch them. Let me know if you find issues that I should correct. Cs4652 (talk) 18:24, 15 November 2021 (UTC)
