Population

[edit]

Huh? This says population was 56,387 in 2004. But Template:Largest cities of Tunisia has a population of 762,600 in 2011. That is seven years and population would have risen by over 700,000, about 100,000 gain per year. 85.217.42.90 (talk) 18:13, 3 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Also, the economic decline came gradually after the tsunami, not least because the tsunami destroyed the marine ecosystem exploited by the fisheries supplying the garum industry. Obviously, a better source is needed ... (talk) 18:49, 22 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
