Voting Rights
[edit]According to the article, Morton received criticism for failure to support voting rights legislation for blacks. He was Vice President. He had no vote, unless they were equally divided. The Senate, at that time, did not have cloture or any other mechanism by which to shut off debate. So, what exactly was Morton supposed to have done in order to advance the bill?John Paul Parks (talk) 03:11, 19 December 2016 (UTC)
Untitled
[edit]According to the Winchendon, MA wiki, Levi Morton lived there, although it is mentioned as a 'Notable Resident'. There is nothing in Levi's wiki mentioning Winchendon, Ma. Caelestis Filius (talk) 13:52, 18 March 2009 (UTC)
