This is very poor. The article deploys out of date secondary sources to present an incoherent and, frankly, barely literate of Alfonso XI of Castile's campaign in 1330 to take the castle of Teba together with the role of the Scottish contingent under Sir James Douglas. The author seems to be concerned with the mythology of the Knights Templars. Given that the Order had been suppressed at the beginning of the 14th century, to describe any of these men as Knights Templar, let alone Sir James Douglas, is highly tendentious and to do so without discussion or references is wholly inappropriate.

This article should be excised.
