The Kemsley Arms

[edit]

I have removed the paragraph on 'The Kemsley Arms'. The listing of the former pub as “asset of community value” appears to no longer apply – it is not mentioned in news reports in recent years. These reports confirm the building has been empty for the last ten years, with planning permission for flats not being granted.[1]

I don't regard a paragraph on a derelict building, now regarded as an eyesore, requires mention in this Wikipedia article. If you disagree, feel free to replace, suitably updated.
